Mongolian powerlifters leave for Moscow
The Mongolian powerlifting team has headed to the Russian Federation to participate in the World Championships of powerlifting without equipment with the use of knee wraps, bench press and deadlift on WRPF version, which will be held in Moscow between 15 and 20 November 2016.
24 years old Mongolian woman Purevdorj Tergel has been working as a designer for the “Apple” company. Currently, she is working on the construction and office interior design project for 15, 000 people. Prior to that, she worked in Apple’s Interior design project for TV.
Scholars of the sociology and public psychology sector of the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences claim that 48.8 percent of herders belong to below the mid-income or poor strata. The sector conducted a survey on the herders’ lifestyle and its changes in 5 provinces in 2013-2015. The survey encompassed over 600 herders.
